A specialist workshop exploring the nature of anxiety, what it looks and feels like, and coping strategies to manage and overcome it.  Young people are given space to identify their anxiety triggers and in turn, their thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and behaviours.  Having identified their unique anxiety experience, young people are then taken through specific coping strategies to combat and overcome each element of anxiety.

These workshops are kept purposefully small with a maximum of 8 young people invited to attend.
