Accessing our service

We have had to change how we do things a bit – all support is being delivered by phone, video chat or email.

Before you refer, please check with the young person that they are happy with this.

Accessing our service- referrals

In order to receive support from our service a referral form needs to be completed. Please complete the relevant form by clicking one of the buttons below.

Young Person Self Referral 10 – 15yrs
Young Person Self Referral 16+
Parents/Carers referral form
Professionals referral form

You may wish to refer yourself (or someone else) over the phone – if this is the case please give us a call on our Freephone number 0800 008 6879. Even if you aren’t looking to make a referral we are available to discuss any queries or concerns you may have about accessing support.

Our Criteria information can be found here. If you are unsure of whether to make a referral to our service please give us a call to talk things through. It may be that we are not the most appropriate service at this point as we are only offer brief, solution-focussed intervention (which differs quite a bit from counselling and talking therapies). If this is the case we will do our best to provide advice on where you can go and what to do next.
